What You'll Be Doing: - Operate and oversee scale systems to accurately weigh inbound and outbound materials - Verify tickets, shipping documents, and inventory data for accuracy and compliance - Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal partners at the scale - Monitor daily production and shipment activity, resolving discrepancies promptly - Maintain scale house records and support continuous improvement in safety and efficiency - Will be backup to QC Technician What Are We Looking For: - Strong proficiency with computerized scale systems and data entry accuracy - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and remain detail-focused in a fast-paced setting - Clear, professional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset - Solid understanding of safety practices and operational compliance - Reliability, accountability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team - Bilingual Spanish,...
