Description BENEFITS ELIGIBLE WORKING ONLY 3 DAYS PER WEEK!: This position is part of our Premium Weekend Program, perfect for those interested in a compressed schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week. Employees in this role are eligible for benefits while working only 3 days per week. Benefits include paid vacation and sick time as well as Medical, Dental, Vision and 403b plan. Schedule Options: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 11am - 11pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 11pm - 11am (Ending on Monday at 11am) Under the supervision of the Residential Associate Manager, the Residential Associate (RA) is responsible for facilitating the residential activities and managing residential safety as outlined by the interdisciplinary treatment team for the delivery of services.
