System Administrator

Job description

We are looking for a System Administrator to join our infrastructure team and help build, maintain, and improve a reliable, scalable, and secure platform. This is a practical, engineering-focused role with direct involvement in day-to-day infrastructure operations. You will work closely with production systems, improve automation, and ensure stability and security across the environment. We place strong emphasis on building consistent, standardized, and maintainable infrastructure, avoiding ad-hoc solutions and ensuring systems are reliable and scalable. This role is available in these locations: Tallinn, Malmö, Malta or Helsinki. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain Linux-based infrastructure (Debian) Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible Manage and optimize databases (MariaDB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) Perform regular security patching and vulnerability remediation Participate in server sizing, capacity planning, and performance tuning and security monitoring Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues Work with containerized workloads using Docker Collaborate with other teams to improve infrastructure reliability, security and deploymen...
