Responsibilities: - Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America. - Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals. - Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social). - Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations. - Partner with Sales leadership to close deals. - Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 30% of the time). What You Need to Succeed: - 2–5 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments. - Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently. - Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients. - Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable. - Comfortable working without detailed day-to-day supervision. - Willing to travel for client meetings and events.
