Inside Sales Representative- Product Support

Working Hours/Days 7:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, after hours and weekends as needed. Overview: Maintain and grow parts and service sales within assigned territory. Basic Duties: - Assists customers with sales needs. This includes establishing, qualifying, maintaining contact with small to medium-sized customers to increase sales of machines, work tools, rentals, parts and service solutions. - Mail and email electronic and other promotional campaigns to assigned accounts. - Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues. - Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail cross-sell and up-sell. - Handle inbound calls and convert them into sales. - Measure U/C and report to customer with quote. - Conduct TA1 inspections and report to customers with quotes. - Manage 300 to 500 active customer accounts. Qualifications: - Degree from an accredited college preferred or 1-3 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Mechanic knowledge preferred to understand customer equipment needs to provide the customer with equipment solutions. - Strong customer service skills to maintain long term strategic...
