The Customer Insights Specialist will support a team that uses data to discover insights about the customer experience at our conferences. This individual will help to impact changes and improvements in Gartner’s world class conference business. What you will do: - Assist in the execution of primary research projects. - Manage communications with external executive-level professionals. - Ensure project deliverables meet the needs and standards of executive-level stakeholders. - Work closely with data analysts, market researchers, and other team members to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. What you will need: - Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite capabilities a must. - Must be detail-oriented and able to operate independently on multiple tasks simultaneously. - Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; a focus in market research, business, statistics, psychology, or similar social science a plus - Familiarity with the tasks associated with recruiting for surveys, focus groups and one-on-one interviews would be helpful. - Familiarity with primary research tools like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey a plus. -...
