Spreetail is seeking a high-energy, self-starting Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on-site in Las Vegas. This is a critical role focused on driving our rapid headcount growth within our LAS Fulfillment Center. Location: On-site – LAS Fulfillment Center How you will achieve success: Execute High-Volume Hiring: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for 50+ roles per month, focusing on supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations. Manage Open Interview Days: Facilitate and lead on-site hiring events and "Open Interview" blocks to ensure a steady flow of quality talent. Aggressive Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn, local job boards, and community partnerships to maintain a robust pipeline. Champion Candidate Experience: Act as the primary face of Spreetail in the DFW market, ensuring every candidate has a professional, efficient, and positive experience.
