Director, Sales: Natural Channel

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Director, Sales- Natural Channel, to join our team. Reporting to the VP, Sales- Natural and Target, this role will lead and actively pursue growing the Boulder Canyon Brand at Sprouts Headquarters and other Natural Channel Key Accounts. This person will be a key contributor, collaborator, and thought leader on driving future growth and building our natural channel strategy. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, showing the ability to balance multiple priorities while remaining focused against the strategic channel initiatives. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 7- 10+ years of proven sales experience within the consumer packaged goods industry, specifically in the natural channel, and 5+ years’ experience utilizing syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI); excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to analyze and evaluate several sources of data to develop actionable insights. Experience calling on Sprouts headquarters is required. Candidates must possess strong analytical and communication skills.
