The City of Des Moines Parks and Recreation is hiring referees for the upcoming Youth Soccer Season. These positions would start September through November on evenings and weekends. Job Summary: The City of Des Moines Parks and Recreation is hiring referees for the upcoming Fall 2025 Youth Soccer Season. The Youth Soccer program serves youth in Kindergarten through 4th grade. Soccer Referees work under the supervision of the Recreation Coordinator and in tandem with the Coaches and Scorekeepers to coordinate a successful recreation program. Schedule: Extra-hire positions during the season from September through November . The option to work other seasonal soccer and basketball seasons is available as well.
