SUMMARY: MMG Equity Partners is seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance across Tamarack Resort, an MMG Equity Partners portfolio company. Based in Miami, Florida (with 25–50% travel to resort operations) or on-site at Tamarack Resort in Donnelly, Idaho, the CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team reporting directly to the CEO and will lead the finance function across multiple lines of business within a complex, multi-revenue operating environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical finance and accounting expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to thrive in complex, multi-entity operating environments – including the ability to aggregate and synthesize financial data from disparate systems and platforms into a cohesive accounting process.
