ADP is hiring a Global Procurement Manager – Software Contracts. Well, this may be the role for you. As Global Procurement Manager – Software Contracts, you will be responsible for developing and managing a wide variety of complex third-party partnerships and major vendor relationships, both domestic and international, in support of strategic products, services, software, and other initiatives. Directly and indirectly, you’ll source, negotiate commercial and legal terms, draft, close, and manage complex arrangements to secure the necessary relationships and technology for current and future needs across global markets. In this role, you will advise and provide consultative support to stakeholders regarding areas such as preserving ADP’s business flexibility, maximizing ADP’s leverage and benefits, and negotiating strategic partner and vendor transactions.
