Job description

The Inventory & Safety Manager is responsible for the accuracy of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) through rigorous cycle counting, discrepancy investigation, and stock optimization based on movement velocity. This role oversees returns management and key warehouse initiatives while maintaining an efficient, organized operation. In addition to inventory control, this role leads all OSHA, HIOSH, and Servco compliance initiatives, certifications, and risk mitigation efforts for the warehouse in partnership with Corporate Safety, ensuring a productive, organized, and accident-free environment. KEY OUTCOMES: Inventory Integrity & Optimization - Cycle Count Management: Oversee and complete all cycle counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies between the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and physical inventory.
