Summary The Senior Director, Innovation Projects at La Colombe will be responsible for defining and driving innovative projects related to delivery systems to build a best in industry product system within the away form home channel. This includes Key items such as Cold brew, draft lattes, un-manned delivery mechanisms. This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, Food Science, supply chain, marketing, and sales, to create superior dispensing and storage systems to deliver a strong customer value proposition. The ideal candidate has a strong background in design or engineering, product and project management, a commitment to delivering exceptional innovative customer experiences and an energetic, customer first mindset.
