The Opportunity Hitachi Energys Cooling Systems factory in Landskrona is a key Business Unit focused on the development and manufacturing of advanced cooling system solutions. With approximately 300 employees, we operate in a global context and are a market-leading supplier serving customers around the world. We are now looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner with high integrity and strong business acumen. To succeed in this role, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You are a self-motivated, driven professional with a strong sense of urgency. You are comfortable navigating a complex matrix organization and building trust across multiple stakeholders. In this role you will work closely with managers and play a key role in translating business strategy into people priorities.
