Job Title MAC/Decom Project Manager Job Description Summary: The MAC/Decommission Project Manager’s primary focus is to plan and manage facility move, add, change requests and decommission projects to maximize space efficiencies while implementing solutions in-line with client lines of business and corporate real estate goals. Scope of work may vary greatly from month to month. Must have the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Job Description 70-75% travel in South Eastern US- must live by a major airport. Job Description: · Serves as the primary client contact for furniture and equipment moves, adds, changes daily requests and relocation/decommission projects · Regularly travels to sites locally and nationally · Executes work order requests within the SLA guidelines and ensures all KPIs are met · Partners with Occupancy Planner to develop migration plans and sequencing of small and large group-level relocations · Ability to interpret furniture requests and specifications · Ability to read floorplans and perform field measurements · Develops/prepares meeting agendas, presentations, project budgets, meeting summaries, and timelines to ensure overall project objectives and clien...
