Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology. - Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives. Preferred qualifications: - Experience building quantitative models and performing data analysis (e.g., using Spreadsheet Software/Sheets, SQL, or dashboards) to generate strategic recommendations. - Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, YouTube's ad products in particular, with specific knowledge of Feed-based advertising, Search monetization, or high-impact awareness formats (like Masthead). - Ability to lead projects from goal to completion in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. - Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a track record of identifying root-cause issues (such as ad load balance) and formulating creative solutions. - Excellent executive communication and influencing skills, with experience presenting complex topics to executive leaders.
