About the Role As we continue to evolve our Gap Factory outlet business, we’re focused on building strong store teams, supporting talent growth, and fostering an engaging, people-first culture across our fleet. The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting field teams and store leaders by delivering core HR programs and helping to execute people initiatives that contribute to an engaged workforce and strong business performance. In this role, you will partner closely with HR Business Partners, district leaders, and other key stakeholders to support day-to-day HR operations, provide guidance on employee matters, and help implement talent and organizational initiatives. You will also collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence - including Talent Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards - to ensure consistent and effective delivery of HR programs. This role contributes to a positive employee experience and supports the development and retention of retail talent across multiple markets.
