Location: Charleston,South Carolina,United States Location: Central Support (Mount Pleasant Campus) Hours: Full time, 30 hours/weekly: This position reports to: Director of Data Management The mission: Seacoast Church is on mission to help others Find God, Grow their Faith, Discover their Purpose, and Make a Difference. The Data Support Specialist serves our staff in maximizing the possibilities of the church's data management systems. Key Responsibilities: - Supports the day-to-day operations of Seacoast Church management system (Ministry Platform) and other 3 rd party systems to equip the Seacoast staff in better service to the congregation and ministries - Create a customer-focused experience in every interaction with staff and attendees, both verbal and in writing, taking the extra step to be welcoming and go above and beyond in the response - Daily triage of support tickets coming to the Data Team as the primary support ticket agent, coaching and providing direction to staff for resolving current and future requests, and working to resolve tickets independently - Project manage the ticketing system, reassigning advanced tickets to appropriate team members, and ensuring proper...
