Description $500 Sign-On Bonus if already RBT certified! Schedule: Part-Time: Monday-Friday, 12pm-6:30pm Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month. A Behavior Technician provides one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support to their families under the close supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). RBTs may work with clients in-home, in-school, in-center, and in the community. Each Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will continue to assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Behavior Support Plan in achieving identified goals and objectives by collecting data and writing progress notes.
