What You'll Be Doing: - Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production - Perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and adjustments on plant systems - Coordinate material flow to meet production demands and quality specifications - Complete daily operational logs and communicate issues promptly - Support safe work practices, housekeeping, and team collaboration across the site What Are We Looking For: - Ability to operate and learn plant systems, controls, and related equipment - Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or manufacturing settings - Capability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment checks - Dependability in following procedures, documentation, and production standards - Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment Conditions of Employment: - Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, dru...
