Department: 10010 IRCAD - Administration Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This position includes weekend and evening coverage as part of the regular schedule. Specific workdays may vary, but availability on weekends and evenings is required. Pay Range: $28.55 - $42.85 PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Video Communications Administrator provides operational and technical support for the video collaboration service line, telehealth technologies and digital media platforms. The VC Administrator will work closely with the Collaboration team members on the video service line and solution implementations. Major Responsibilities: - Coordinate and assist with video conference activities utilizing the appropriate collaboration tools and services. Assist with setup and operation of video conferencing systems, as well as provide onsite or remote support for video conferences and events. - Provide operational and technical support for all video conferences and applications including AV control systems and digital media platforms.
