Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in web and full-stack development with front-end frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, Angular) and backend systems (e.g., Python, C++, or Go). - Experience designing, architecting, and implementing user interfaces. Preferred qualifications: - Experience designing and developing real-world applications for robotics or AI systems, particularly where user trust, system transparency, and human-in-the-loop Workflows are critical. - Experience in robotics tooling, such as spatial interfaces, teleportation dashboards, 3D visualizations, or sophisticated ML data annotation platforms. - Ability to drive technical direction and lead cross-functional initiatives without requiring established design patterns or precedent. - Ability to solve technical and design issues at the intersection of software, hardware, and human behavior.
