Position Summary The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management will oversee and direct expedient billing, reducing outstanding account receivables, as well as managing team members to accurately and timely collect funds. The primary responsibility will be to build scalable processes and procedures which will lead to increased efficiency and success. In addition, this role will develop innovative methods for measuring and increasing staff productivity, quality, and effectiveness. The Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management will partner closely with the Chief Financial Officer as well as the Revenue Cycle Manager to create a data driven environment and implement new best practices. Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain days sales outstanding at <30 days with a plan to get at or below 27 days. - Oversee billing for Medicaid, commercial, and all relevant payors. - Review data for accuracy and ensure billing is properly vetted before submission to payors. - Ensure that all outstanding billing is handled expeditiously. - Research and resolve billing questions and issues in conjunction with Revenue Cycle and Operation teams. - Research, assemble, and provide necessary documentation to s...
