Program Manager, ConneQT (LGBTQ+ Youth Host Home Program) Make a Difference Every Day: Avenues for Youth partners with young people experiencing homelessness or housing instability to achieve safety, stability, and independence. We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and relationship-centered leader to oversee ConneQT, one of the nation’s longest-running LGBTQ+ youth host home programs. ConneQT connects LGBTQ+ youth ages 16–24 with trained community hosts who provide safe, affirming housing and supportive relationships. This role offers the opportunity to lead a highly respected program that creates meaningful impact through belonging, stability, and community connection. Position Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the ConneQT program, including staff supervision, program development, and service delivery.
