TRIA Orthopedics’ Spine Surgery division is seeking a full ‑ time, certified Physician Assistant to join our collaborative, patient ‑ centered care team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy, well ‑ established orthopedic spine surgeon while working alongside an experienced PA and a strong network of MDs, PAs, NPs, and nursing staff who are deeply committed to team-based spine care. What You’ll Do: - Serve as a key member of the surgical spine team with a strong focus on first-assist responsibilities , hospital management, and shared rounding. - Provide independent patient care in clinic , including post ‑ operative visits, established patient follow ‑ ups, and new consults. - Participate in a shared call rotation with the larger surgical spine PA team. - Work primarily at TRIA Shakopee and TRIA Bloomington , with surgical cases at Methodist Hospital, TRIA Outpatient Surgery Center, and St. Francis Medical Center.
