AT A GLANCE: As the Associate Director, Account Management , you will be the strategic lead for our most complex and high-visibility partnerships. This is a high-level Account Management position designed for a leader who excels at navigating large-scale healthcare ecosystems and building deep trust with senior stakeholders. You will bridge the gap between our Clinical, Product, and Growth teams, ensuring our partners see the tangible clinical impact of our digital weight health and prevention solutions. What You’ll Do: While you will serve as a Strategic Thought Partner for internal Operations, you will also own the traditional, essential pillars of account management: - End-to-End Partnership Management: Serve as the primary operational lead throughout the client journey—partnering with Sales for account transitions, supporting implementation, and providing high-touch day-to-day support to ensure long-term stability. - Traditional Account Governance: Manage regular agendas, Joint Operating Committees (JOCs), and senior leadership briefings with a high degree of polish. - Data Synthesis & Storytelling: Analyze complex client data sets to create high-impact Business Value Assessmen...
