Job Summary: **Based in Honolulu, HI** The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspections, tests, maintenance, and service of aircraft using test equipment and hand tools, as needed, to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications and leading small projects. Duties & Responsibilities: - Performs routine maintenance and inspections on general aviation aircraft - Ensures proper care of customer property through all phases of work - Accurately completes required paperwork and work order details in Corridor - Leads small projects - Makes technical decisions regarding discrepancies and job flow - Utilizes outside resources as authorized - Continually keeps clean and organized work area including personal tool box - Utilizes support equipment in a safe manner to accomplish work tasks - Performs other duties as directed Education: - Advanced troubleshooting abilities - Broad knowledge of aircraft systems - Leadership, Quality, or sheet metal experience desirable. - Airframe and Powerplant Certification required Other Prerequisites: - Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check - Ability to obtain Airport Issued security badge - Valid Driver’s License...
