Description Solutions Architect Job Description: The role of Solutions Architect will serve as the integration, security, and infrastructure subject matter expert (SME) and IT-facing point of contact in North America. Working closely with the frontline Sales Directors and Solutions Engineers, the Solutions Architect will overlay in the sales process to bridge the gap between business and IT. While customer facing work will largely be in North America, this role will collaborate globally with other Solutions Architects to maintain global standards and current product knowledge. What you’ll do: · Pre-Sales Engagements: Serve as the technical and security expert in business development and sales meetings with prospects, customers, and partners.
