Project Manager: Clinical and Community Programs

Job description

Overview The Project Manager demonstrates leadership in supporting, coordinating, and facilitating clinical disciplines, Access-related implementation efforts, and other programs under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President, Clinical Services (AVP). The incumbent will initiate, lead, and execute innovative administrative and evaluation projects/tasks related to program design, development, and process efficiency, and will support seamless communication and implementation of action plans by leading efforts to collect, track, and input data; create data reports; ensure data integrity; coordinate data needs; develop data systems and processes; and provide data in requested formats. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating departmental information; assisting with the recruitment and onboarding processes within the department; creating, uploading, and tracking revised departmental forms; collecting, analyzing, and evaluating data; and assisting and acquiring information necessary for departmental meetings and initiatives.
