POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Attending Nurse will provide direct patient care, administers medications, educates, collaborates, and counsels patients and families. The Registered Nurse assesses physical, psychosocial, and learning needs of patients and families. The Attending RN will serve as the professional nurse by assessing, planning, directing, practicing and evaluating patient care in a designated group practice. Education: Experience: - Associates' Degree in Nursing required. - BSN preferred - BSN required within four (4) years of hire. - One (1) year of RN experience or two (2) years of LPN experience Basic Life Support (BLS) required. License/Certification/Registration: - Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
