YOU: As a Regional Sales Manager – Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), you will be responsible for formulating and executing the business strategy in your region and are responsible for managing a sales team focused on supporting and growing Simpson’s market share in the OEM market segment. The OEM market segment encompasses sales to any company that may use Simpson products in the manufacturing/assembly of another product for sale.
