Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned) · Leads the full lifecycle of HSE project development and project management — from concept and planning through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of safety programs and initiatives across the organization. · Supports development and leads execution of the overall health, safety, and environmental strategy. · Plans, implements, and delivers engaging preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs that resonate with teams. · Conducts brand, district, and site-level safety meetings, audits, and inspections; drives corrective actions with urgency and creativity. · Provides expert guidance to the management team on health, safety, and environmental issues while ensuring full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. · Serves as the primary point of contact for regulatory matters, including timely and thorough responses to OSHA, EPA, and other agency inquiries, inspections, and citations.
