Summary: The Director, Enterprise Governance & Business Technologies is responsible for the operation and administration of governance bodies overseeing NYPA and Canals' portfolios, programs, and projects. This role ensures a disciplined, transparent, and repeatable process across all governance committees, focusing on the development, quality, and continuous improvement of gate packages. The Director collaborates with pipeline managers and investment analysts to manage intake, maintain portfolio visibility, and prepare initiatives for review. Additionally, the Director facilitates informed decision-making in committee meetings, tracks follow-ups, and upholds governance standards.
