Description Analysts support the development of quality deliverables that result in a high degree of project leader and client satisfaction. They provide logistical support and conduct research and analysis (e.g., client interviews and analysis). Analysts hold primary responsibility for knowledge capture and assist in the design and facilitation of external and internal meetings. They are expected to develop and maintain general institutional knowledge of their clients and their clients’ culture, organization, and issues. Analysts support business development efforts by assisting with proposal development. The primary focus of an Analyst is to gain a fundamental and foundational understanding of what it means to be a consultant at a services firm, and particularly at The Clearing, including learning the methodologies, techniques, and tools that The Clearing uses.
