Title: Seasonal Employee Hourly Department Org: Physics - 101190: Employee Classification: H6 - Intermittent - Seasonal Hourly Bargaining Unit: Bargaining Unit Exempt: Primary Location: MC AC: Shift: 1: Posted Salary: $70/HR: Job Description: PVIC seeks to develop capabilities in vapor transport deposition (VTD). Major projects funded by DOE and AFRL necessitate the development of this technique. The VTD process is different than the processes currently used by PVIC, and development of VTD will add important capabilities and enable new areas of growth. Minimum Qualifications: Intimate experience with design, construction, and operation of vapor transport depositions systems and the related handling of glass. Greater than 40 year’s experience in relevant positions.
