Lifeguard The Club at Tartan Fields: Position Summary: The Lifeguard at The Club at Tartan Fields is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all members and guests using the aquatic facilities. This role requires constant vigilance, a strong understanding of water safety procedures, and a commitment to delivering a positive, family-friendly member experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Maintain active surveillance of the pool and surrounding areas at all times - Enforce pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner - Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including rescues and first aid situations - Administer CPR, AED, and First Aid when necessary - Monitor swimmer behavior to prevent unsafe activities - Perform routine pool safety checks and report any hazards or maintenance concerns - Maintain ac...
