The Role This role will be responsible for managing and processing payroll for a designated population of approximately 1,000 employees within our multi-state organization of 5,000 – and we’re still growing like weeds…pun intended! In addition to your core bi-weekly population, you’ll also own one small weekly payroll from start to finish. Our ideal candidate has an incredibly keen eye for detail and accuracy and is enthusiastic about digging into the work. You have the experience and tenacity to quickly learn Green Thumb’s organization and the nuances of the cannabis industry – and you can already spot a downstream problem before it becomes a fire. You’re someone who thrives on running clean, on-time payrolls and takes genuine pride in getting it right every single cycle.
