POSITION SUMMARY: The Regulatory Compliance Officer – Export Compliance is a business leader responsible for ensuring full adherence to U.S. and international export regulations. This role directs the company’s Export Compliance Program, covering classifications, licensing, sanctions screening, ITAR controls, and supply-chain due diligence. As the organization’s primary export compliance expert, the officer manages regulatory risk, strengthens our compliance culture, and serves as the key liaison with BIS, OFAC, CBP, and other agencies. While the role sets strategy, policy, and risk posture, it also carries essential operational responsibilities. The officer will directly support daily compliance activities, including transaction reviews, shipment approvals, screening decisions, and coordination with logistics, sales, and trade operations. The position requires a leader who can operate effectively at both the strategic and tactical levels.
