Supervision Received: Works under the supervision of Assistant Facility Managers and Facility Manager. Supervision Exercised: None. JOB DESCRIPTION: Examples of Duties: The following examples of duties are intended to be illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive. Provides excellent customer service by offering accurate information in a friendly, positive manner. Monitors and checks-in members entering the facilities. Answers incoming telephone calls as required. Provides equipment checkout, upkeep, and accountability. Assists with basic transactions for Member Services, including cash handling.
