Your new role As Land Manager, you’ll be responsible for: - Land acquisition – The Land Manager is responsible for identifying sites that are suitable for development in locations that fit the business criteria. Sites must be of a suitable size and quality to satisfy the current strategy for land development and satisfy the current financial criteria being applied to appraisals in line with the land strategy and business plan. - Internal resources and external consultants must be managed and controlled cost effectively and within Key Date de...
