Title: Automation Developer Reports to: Director of Application Development Supervises: None: Status: Exempt: Objective: The Automation Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining automation solutions that improve efficiency and support key business processes across the Credit Union. This role focuses on developing secure, reliable workflows and tools that enhance operations and drive continuous improvement. Through these efforts, the Automation Developer helps KEMBA fulfill its mission of making a positive difference in each Member’s financial life. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develops, tests, debugs, deploys and maintains job automation processes and automated scripts and workflows that meet the service and security standards of the credit union - Monitors and maintains deployed robotic process automation (RPA) bots and automated scripts and workflows; troubleshoot issues and implement improvements for continuous efficiency gains - Implements and maintains logging and other audit/performance tracking mechanisms. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and strategic direction for automation opportunities - Resolves complex automation probl...
