Multi ‑ Specialty Department Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Onsite) Location: Fishers Medical Office Building (MOB) Position Overview: This position supports a multi ‑ specialty department by completing patient registration functions and serving as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams. The role requires daily collaboration with multiple departments to ensure accurate registration, efficient patient flow, and a positive patient experience. Primary Responsibilities: Perform patient check ‑ in and check ‑ out processes Complete patient registration and demographic updates Manage patient letters and correspondence: Work message pools and fax queues Direct patients and visitors appropriately: Schedule appointments for patients: Validate and enter charges into appropriate systems and collect required payments Patient Flow & Operational Support: Facilitate patient flow from point of entry through destination in a timely, accurate, and professional manner Obtain and verify demographic and financial information to support accurate billing and optimal clinical outcomes Collaborate with clinical teams and other departments to support smooth clinic oper...
