Job Description: Key Responsibilities Project Management & Delivery: - Lead end-to-end BI, reporting, and data governance projects including scope, timeline, budget, risk, and resource management - Manage multiple concurrent projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies - Facilitate project governance meetings, executive steering updates, and stakeholder communications - Develop implementation roadmaps for reporting modernization and data quality initiatives - Identify risks related to data accuracy, project dependencies, and system integration - Ensure on-time delivery of dashboards, reports, and reporting process improvements - Drive change management and user adoption for reporting tools and data governance standards Power BI Development & Analytics: Data Integrity, Governance & Quality Assurance - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and automated reporting solutions - Build advanced data models using DAX, Power Query, SQL, and star schema best practices - Create executive and operational dashboards with drill-through capabilities and trend analysis - Optimize report performance, refresh reliability, and user experience - De...
