Rate of Pay : £15.78 - £21.50 per hour Summary: We are seeking an experienced Multiskilled Operative with a minimum of 3 years' trade background to deliver a high-pressure reactive repairs service within occupied social housing. This role requires qualified and proven trades professionals capable of handling a wide range of maintenance tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities: Essentials : - Deliver reactive maintenance and repair services across occupied social housing properties - Complete a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering, bricklaying, fencing, flooring, and groundworks - Respond to emergency callouts within 24 hours and complete standard repairs within 30 days - Carry out void property works to bring homes up to a lettable standard - Work across a large housing stock, managing high volumes of repair requests - Ensure all work is completed in line wit...
