osemi is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician (Diffusion) at our Gresham, OR site. As an Equipment Maintenance technician at onsemi’s premier 200mm manufacturing facility, the candidate will work in a dynamic team environment, maintaining a fleet of semiconductor manufacturing equipment within the Implant process area. The personal performance will directly impact the company’s strategic plan to optimize capacity and factory performance. Qualifications: Preferred: - Complete goals that directly affect Key Performance Indicators. - Work to improve the best-known methods and other maintenance procedures. - Identify and support continual improvement projects, including part sourcing and in-house repair. - Build teamwork and collaboration within the group to meet the area's goals and expectations. - Associate’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or robotics Engineering or equivalent military experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience. - Must possess good interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills. - Practical knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems and controls. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Semiconductor experience preferred. - Knowledge of t...
