This role involves working closely with local and regional physician leaders in the assigned areas of responsibility. The Vice President is accountable for various administrative aspects, including operations, implementing market strategies, developing operating and capital budgets, ensuring performance to budget, maintaining a commitment to patient service, upholding quality standards, ensuring compliance and risk management, managing accreditation, and staffing according to metrics. Additionally, this position is a member of the Market Leadership Team, sharing accountability for strategic planning, clinical processes, care delivery, budgeting, and overall operations within the organization.
