The Institute for Systemic Inflammation Research ( ISEF ) at the University of Lübeck ( UzL ), in close collaboration with the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein ( UKSH ), investigates cellular and molecular mechanisms of dysregulated immune responses in chronic inflammatory diseases. Through direct access to patient cohorts and close interaction with clinical partners, the overarching aim is to translate basic discoveries into diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Within this framework, the newly established research group of Prof. Dr. Patrick Maschmeyer invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher (m/f/d) at the intersection of immunology and computational biology. The position is available as soon as possible. The initial appointment is for 2 years , with the possibility of extension up to five years . The project focuses on immune dysregulation in chronic inflammatory diseases using integrated experimental and computational approaches.
