Description We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head Cheer Coach to join our coaching team. The successful candidate will partner closely with another Co-Head Coach to collaboratively plan and execute training programs, mentor and develop athletes, and lead the team in both practice and competitive settings. This role requires strong communication, shared leadership, and a passion for fostering growth in young athletes.
