Job Title: Senior Product Documentation Specialist We are seeking a Senior Product Documentation Specialist to lead documentation for our merchant services and payment acceptance products. In this highly cross-functional role, you will partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Integration Delivery to build and scale a documentation program that enables developers, merchants, sales partners, and internal teams to successfully implement, troubleshoot, and support our technology.
