Position Overview The Renewals Team Lead is an integral part of the Revenue Operations team, overseeing the comprehensive order-to-cash process, including subsequent renewals. Situated within the Accounting department, a key component of the CFO organization at Diligent, the Renewals Team Lead holds a pivotal position responsible for the operational aspects of global renewals. This entails ensuring timely and accurate setup of renewal invoices in accordance with contractual agreements. The role is highly visible and involves close collaboration with commercial teams to facilitate seamless communication with customers, meeting their evolving needs with a strong customer-centric focus. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, this role significantly impacts Diligent's revenue recognition and accounts receivable processes, with active involvement in the integration of acquired companies.
